  • The GTP is a 18-24 month training and developmental program for individuals with a Bachelor and/or Masters degree,
  • which specifically prepares for a challenging position after the program ends.
  • By working within a team, managing responsibilities in challenging projects as well as rotating through different units, a
  • GTP acquires knowledge in different working environments as well as knowledge on strategy, culture, processes,
  • products and UBS services while continuously expanding their network.
